Loss Fails To Obscure Telco's 3g Goal

Hutchison Telecommunications, Australia's fourth-biggest mobile phone company, remains committed to rolling out third-generation (3G) mobile services despite yesterday unveiling an after-tax loss of $72.7 million for the first six months of 2002.
