3G phone users all have different needs, which is why there are so many different 3G phone types available. While some people just want a 3G phone in order to access email, others prefer the benefits of a 3G phone that relate to entertainment. If you are after a business 3G phone, think about what that means in terms of the features you will prioritise. A fast Internet connection is often more about the network and where you are than your 3G phone, so being able to efficiently conduct business with your 3G phone will more than likely be one of your priorities. QWERTY key pads or a touch screen with similar functionality can help to make emails more efficient, and a large screen can make web navigation a simpler process.
